Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at raindaysuit.com. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our medieval clothing and accessories. We understand that online shopping doesn’t always go as planned, so we’ve made our return and exchange process as simple as possible.
Returns:
1.Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
2.Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
3.To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at rainday2024@126.com to receive a return authorization and instructions.
4.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.
Exchanges:
1.For exchanges due to size or preference, please follow the return process for your item and place a new order for the desired item.
2.If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will expedite an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service for immediate assistance.
Please note:
For returns or exchanges without quality problems, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. When we process the refund after receiving the return, the original shipping cost of the order will not be refunded.
Refunds:
1.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exceptions:
1.Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the personalized nature of the items.
2.Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
